Refund policy

Upon receiving your order, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within this inspection period.

The refund of the purchase will be processed within 14 calendar days after receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as the customer used for the original payment.

Exchange:

• The ordered item can be exchanged for a smaller or larger size if it is in stock. We will send the exchange to you free of charge.
